Die „Protokolle der Weisen von Zion“ auf der Frankfurter Buchmesse

Eigentlich standen die Internationalen Verlage in Halle 5 der Frankfurter Buchmesse nicht auf meinem Plan. Doch hatte ich vor Abfahrt meines Zuges noch einigen Minuten Zeit, besuchte die Halle und war überrascht, in welchem Ausmaß der Iran hier vertreten ist. Die Stände aus dem Iran scheinen weit mehr Hallenplatz einzunehmen, als alle hier vertretenen Länder der Arabischen Liga zusammen.

Nun ist zwar bekannt, dass die Staatsführung des Iran die Existenz eines Mitgliedsstaats der Vereinten Nationen, Israels, auslöschen will. Und es ist bekannt, dass Teheran zu diesem Zweck einen kruden Antisemitismus in alle Welt exportiert.

Doch überraschte mich, wie offen dies auch auf der Buchmesse geschieht. Ich meine nicht die mehrere Hundert Regalmeter iranischer Literatur, die in Halle 5 ausgestellt sind. Ich rede von Broschüren, die der Iran hier auf Englisch präsentiert – nicht, um die Literatur des eigenen Landes zu präsentieren, sondern um den Antisemitismus europäischer und US-amerikanischer Provenienz zu verbreiten.

Da wird unter der Überschrift „Jewish Conspiracy“ der Text angeboten, der Hitlers Antisemitismus wie kein anderes Werk beeinflusste: Die „Protokolle der Weisen von Zion“, diesmal herausgegeben von der „Islamic Propaganda Organization“ der „Islamic Republic of Iran“.

Die ersten Seiten dieser Broschüre umreißen in Form einer aus Dreiecken gebildeten Schlange das Gebiet, dass hier als „Map of ,Greater Israel’“ vorgestellt wird: große Teile von Ägypten, Syrien, Libanon, Jordanien, Irak, Teile der Türkei sowie die Nordhälfte Saudi-Arabiens. Jedes Einzeldreieck, heißt es in der Erläuterung, symbolisiere das „Freemasony Eye“, das Auge der Freimaurer, ein angebliches „Symbol of Jewry“. Auf den nächsten Seiten erklärt uns das „International Relations Department“ des Iran den Zweck der Veröffentlichung: Man wolle „das wirkliche Antlitz des satanischen Feindes offen legen“ um „die Moslems wachzurütteln“. Der Zionismus sei „ein tödlicher Krebstumor“, der vollständig zu vernichten sei. Unter Rückgriff auf ein Zitat von Khomeini wird die Tötung der Israelis propagiert.

Es folgt eine Zusammenstellung von Zitaten wie dem folgenden: „Die Vereinten Nationen sind der Zionismus. Es ist die Super-Regierung, die vielfach in den ,Protokolle der Weisen von Zion’ erwähnt ist“. Nachdem einem Aufruf zum „Djihad gegen diese Bedrohung“, folgt der Wortlaut des antisemitischen Traktats.

Auch der zweite berüchtigte Klassiker des Antisemitismus: Henry Fords „The International Jew. The World’s Formost Problem“ wird in Halle 5 der Buchmesse „In the name of Allahm (sic) the Beneficent, the Merciful“ in 200-seitiger Kurzfassung präsentiert und verkauft. Herausgeber ist das „Departement of Translation and Publication, Islamic Culture and Relations Organization“ der “Islamic Republic of Iran”. In seiner Vorbemerkung schreibt der Herausgeber, dass „die Macht des jüdischen parasitären Einflusses [seit der Zeit von Henry Ford] stets zugenommen hat. Die jüdische Gefahr – heute Zionismus genannt – bedroht nicht nur eine Nation, sondern richtet sich gegen die gesamte Menschheit.“ Anschließend folgt Henry Fords Machwerk von 1921 in einer Version, die erstmals 1970 in Pakistan vom „World Muslim Congress“ verbreitet wurde. Interessant sind die zahlreichen Fußnoten, die von iranischer Seite dem Text hinzugefügt worden sind: Da ist zum Beispiel die Rede von der „Machtausweitung“ der Juden während des Zweiten Weltkriegs (S. 39) und dem deutschen „Widerstand“ gegen jene „jüdische Kontrolle“ (S. 52). Saldam Rushdie wird als ein Beispiel für die Bösartigkeit jüdischer Verleumdungen präsentiert (S. 77) und wir erinnern uns: 1989 rief der iranische Staatschef Khomeini die Muslime in aller Welt dazu auf, den indischen Autor zu töten, da er in seinem Buch „Die Satanischen Verse“ den Islam beleidigt habe. Für seinen Tod wurde ein Kopfgeld von 3 Millionen US-Dollar ausgesetzt. Erst 1998 wurde diese Fatwa vom Regime formell zurückgenommen; islamische Fundamentalisten halten sie jedoch weiterhin für verbindlich weshalb sich Rushdie bis heute nicht öffentlich zeigen kann.

Ein drittens antisemitisches Machwerk fiel mir bei meinem raschen Rundgang durch Halle 5 schon aufgrund seines grellen Titels ins Auge: Ein roter Davidstern über einem grauen Totenkopf und einer gelben Karte von der Welt. Es trägt den Titel „Tale of the ,Chosen People’ and the Legend of ,Historical Right’“ und ist von Mohammad Taqi Taqipour verfasst. Herausgeber ist erneut der iranische Staat. In seinem Vorwort gibt sich der Autor siegessicher: Israel werde angesichts der „globalen islamischen Bewegung“ bald schon von der Landkarte verschwunden sein.

Sollte tatsächlich von diesen Broschüren, die schon dem flüchtigem Besucher der Messe ins Auge fallen, niemand sonst etwas bemerkt haben? Was ist zum Beispiel mit den Mitarbeitern der Deutschen Welle und des Auswärtigen Amts, die sich ebenfalls in Halle 5 - nur wenige Schritte von den iranischen Ausstellern entfernt – präsentieren? Die Deutsche Welle empfiehlt sich auf der Messe als „Brücke zur islamischen Welt“ und auch das Auswärtige Amt verteilt hier seine „Dialogue with the Islamic World“-Broschüre, in der es heißt: „Peace-building, too, may require dialogue with extremists.“

Wurde aber mit den iranischen Ausstellern über die Präsentation jenes nazihaften Antisemitismus gesprochen oder wurden (wieder einmal) beide Augen zugedrückt? Was sagt der Direktor der Buchmesse, Jürgen Boos, zu der Tatsache, dass ein Aussteller dieser Messe mit englischsprachiger Propaganda zur Auslöschung Israels aufruft? Welche Schlussfolgerung werden Herr Boos und die deutsche Öffentlichkeit in Bezug auf eine Teilnahme des Iran an der Buchmesse 2006 ziehen?

Nachfolgend Fotos von den Broschüren, die ein iranischer Verlag in Halle 5 der Frankfurter Buchmesse am Freitag, den 21. Oktober offen ausstellte und auch verkaufte.

Das vierte Bild belegt, dass alle drei Broschüren im Auftrag staatlicher iranischer Stellen publiziert worden sind.

ISRAELNETZ - Berlin lehnt Partnerschaft mit Jerusalem ab
BERLIN / JERUSALEM (inn) - Der Berliner Stadtrat hat sich gegen eine Städtepartnerschaft mit Jerusalem ausgesprochen. Als Begründung hieß es, Deutschland habe Jerusalem nicht offiziell als israelische Hauptstadt anerkannt.
Vor einigen Monaten hatten offizielle Vertreter in Berlin bei einer Feier zu den 40-jährigen Beziehungen zwischen Deutschland und Israel eine Städtepartnerschaft angeregt. Doch dieser Vorschlag wurde abgelehnt, berichtet die Tageszeitung "Jediot Aharonot" am Donnerstag. Aus dem Büro von Oberbürgermeister Klaus Wowereit hieß es allerdings, er sei noch nicht völlig vom Tisch. Wenn der endgültige Status Jerusalems in Verhandlungen über den Nahostkonflikt festgelegt werde, könne die Anfrage immer noch positiv beantwortet werden.
Jerusalem: "Wir brauchen keine Partnerstädte"
In Jerusalem wurde die Angelegenheit heruntergespielt, schreibt der Deutschland-Korrespondent der "Jediot Aharonot", Eldad Beck. Man habe bis Mittwoch noch nicht einmal von dem Vorschlag gehört. Bürgermeister Uri Lupoliansky sagte, die vereinigte Hauptstadt des jüdischen Volkes und des Staates Israel brauche keine Anerkennung von anderen, und auch nicht von der deutschen Hauptstadt Berlin. "Wegen seiner Einzigartigkeit hat Jerusalem keine partnerschaftlichen Beziehungen mit irgendeiner anderen Stadt in der Welt, auch wenn es mit vielen Städten zusammenarbeitet", fügte er hinzu.
Vertreter im israelischen Außenministerium vermuteten, es handle sich um eine örtliche Initiative, die nicht mit Israels Botschaft in Berlin koordiniert worden sei. Jerusalem habe es aus Prinzip vermieden, Partnerstädte zu suchen. Es wolle zeigen, dass sich keine Stadt in der Welt mit seiner Heiligkeit messen könne.

Berlin - A proposal to sign a sister cities agreement between Berlin and Jerusalem was rejected by officials in the German capital, Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported Thursday.
Earlier this year, during the events to commemorate 40 years of diplomatic relations between Israel and Germany, officials in Berlin proposed that the German capital and Jerusalem become sister cities. Such an alliance, local parliament members said, would carry a symbolic and historical significance.
However, the proposal was turned down by the Berlin city council on the grounds that Germany does not officially recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
'Proposal may be raised again in future'
The proposal has not been withdrawn, sources at Berlin Mayor Klaus Wowereit's office explained, but merely postponed until Jerusalem's status is finalized in negotiations for a resolution to the regional dispute.
Wowereit, who is considered to be an advocate of Israel, has acted intensively to strengthen ties between Berlin, Israel and the Jewish world since he was elected for office, and has often expressed support for the Jewish state in spite of public opinion in Germany, which tends to support the Palestinian side.
Wowereit, a member of the Social Democratic Party's young leadership and one of Germany's most popular political figures, is set to arrive for an official visit in Jerusalem in the near future.
Officials: Jerusalem not interested in sister cities ties
Sources in the Jerusalem city council downplayed the incident and said they have not even heard about the proposal before Wednesday.
Jerusalem, The unified capital of the Jewish people and the State of Israel has no need for legitimization from others, certainly not from Berlin, the capital of Germany, Jerusalem Mayor Uri Lupolianski said in response to the report.
"Because of Jerusalem's uniqueness it has no sister city ties with any other city in the world, although it cooperates with many cities," he said.
Unique holiness
Jersualem city council's spokesman Gidi Shmerling said that the capital is not expected to forge sister city ties with any of its counterparts in the future.
Sources at the foreign ministry estimated that the proposal was a local initiative that was not coordinated with the Israeli embassy in Berlin.
They stressed that Jerusalem has avoided establishing a sister city alliance as a principle, in order to demonstrate that no other city in the world can match Jerusalem's holiness.

Es war wirklich gut gemeint - und zwar von allen: Zur "Vertiefung der freundschaftlichen Beziehungen zwischen Deutschland und Israel", so hieß es am 12. Mai dieses Jahres in einer Resolution aller fünf Fraktionen des Berliner Parlaments, "bekundet das Abgeordnetenhaus von Berlin seinen Wunsch, zwischen Berlin und Jerusalem nach einer endgültigen Klärung der offenen Statusfragen Jerusalems umgehend eine Städtepartnerschaft zu gründen." Dies sollte eine richtig schöne Geste werden, anlässlich des 40-jährigen Jubiläums diplomatischer Beziehungen zwischen Deutschland und Israel: Die Stadt, von der aus der Massenmord an den europäischen Juden geplant wurde, wird bald Partner der Hauptstadt des jüdischen Volkes. Leider kam das Anliegen beim Adressaten nicht so gut an.
Denn der Bürgermeister von Jerusalem, der 2003 gewählte 54-jährige orthodoxe Jude Uri Lupolianski, sieht keinerlei Bedarf an einer endgültigen Klärung offener Statusfragen, wie sie der Text der Berliner empfiehlt. Für Lupolianski ist die Sache selbstverständlich längst geklärt: Jerusalem ist, so heißt die Formel schon seit 1980, die "ewige und unteilbare Hauptstadt Israels" - auch wenn dies international keineswegs anerkannt ist, weil bekanntlich auch die Palästinenser den Ostteil für sich als Hauptstadt reklamieren. Dieser Streit gilt als einer der Kernpunkte des jahrzehntelangen Nahostkonflikts....

Es scheint der Antisemitismus eine menschliche Problematik und Schwäche zu sein, und vor dem Menschsein sind selbst Juden nicht gefeit.

interessant war auch zu sehen, dass auch die Juden nicht vor antisemitischen Klischeevorstellungen gefeit sind:

Broder zeigt auf, dass die Juden nicht weniger oder mehr Intelligenz als andere aufweisen.

Daraufhin eine besonders intelligente Jüdin aus dem Publikum:

Das stimmt nicht, ich bin hochintelligent und daher ein Beispiel dafür das die Juden intelligenter als Andere sind.

The Diaspora (Al-Shatat), a Syrian-produced TV series depicting how Jews, as ideology and religious conviction, are trying to subjugate the entire world, is now being broadcast for the third time in recent years on Arabic language Satellite TV. It was first broadcast in 2003 on Al-Manar (Hizbollah TV), in 2004 is was aired on Iranian TV, and now it is being broadcast during the Ramadan on Jordanian TV Al-Mamnou [See below about Al-Mamnou].

The series presents itself as an authentic historical depiction of the period of the Zionist movement and revolves around the "Secret Jewish World Government," whose members meet and plan how to control the leaders of the world, and thus, direct all of history. The Jewish Government is shown plotting and causing the Russian Revolution, the World Wars, encouraging the Nazi murder of Jews, and engineering the use of atomic bombs on Japan. The Jews are described as evil and bloodthirsty, interested only in power and world domination.

The series also includes horrific distortions of Judaism, including the presentation of the use of a Christian child's blood in preparation of Matzah for Passover, as religious necessity. The graphic episode features Jews kidnapping a Christian boy and slitting his throat to drain his blood, and the brutal execution of a Jew by a "Talmudic" court, by pouring boiling lead down his throat. [Warning: These two links, which appear below, are very difficult to view.] All of the anti-Semitic libels in this series are presented as fact.

1. "Secret Jewish Government" discuss benefits of extermination of Jews in the

Second World War

Chairmen, Secret Jewish World Government: We have to assist Hitler in the extermination

of the Jews, because this is the only way to drive the Jews in the countries which haven't been occupied by Hitler, to immigrate to the Promised Land.

Member of Government: Isn't there another way to draw the Jews to the Promised Land,

except by extermination?

Chairmen: To my sorrow, no, because there is no Jew, living a comfortable life, who would

consider coming back to here [Palestine 1940], unless he is convinced that he may otherwise be exterminated... Let us all cooperate in order to extend the abolishment so that, in the end, we will realize our dream to establish the great empire in the Promised Land... We have tried and he [Hitler] refused, unless we offer him a fortune, which is beyond our means.

Member: We can try to raise donations, and help our brothers over there.

Chairmen: This is infantile thinking. With the sum of money that Hitler is demanding, we

can help ten million Jews emigrate from the rest of the countries of the world, instead of the thousands in his [country].

Member: From your words I can understand that increasing the number of Jews in the

Promised Land is more important than saving the innocent ones in Germany?

Chairman: Of course, there is no doubt... any cow in Palestine is more important than the

Jews of Germany.

2. "Secret Jewish Government" plans the dropping atomic Bomb on Japan

A member of the Jewish government: Excuse me, Doctor, Before we start the activating

and we finish the war, we must close the small matter with Japan.

The Chairman of the Jewish government: I asked our people in America to put pressure on

President Truman to use the atomic bomb for the first time.

3. The Jews prepare Passover Matzah by using the blood of a Christian boy

Rabbi speaking to a young man seated next to him): "We have a task from the leadership.

We need the blood of a Christian child before Passover for Matzah".

Scene II: Dimly lit hallway. Rabbi with young man behind him. A third man enters dragging a child.

Christian child: "Nathan save me!"
Nathan: "Don't be afraid".

Rabbi nods to the young man who nods to Nathan. Nathan forces the child down onto the floor and cuts his throat. Someone catches the blood in a bowl.

Scene III: Rabbi and young man standing, eating Matzah.

4. The opening scene of the series, in which Edmund De Rothschild on his death bed divides the world up among his children and shares with them his plans for world domination

Rothschild: All the non-Jewish nations are the seeds of an ass ... God has honored us,

the Jews, with the mission of ruling, through money, knowledge, politics, murder, sex and by all other means... He ordered us to establish a Jewish state... The government's mission is preserving the Jewish religion and ruling the world, the whole world, through faithful agents who will infiltrate the foreign governments and force their [the Jews'] ideas and views upon them [the world]. My role is over. Now your turn has come. Europe is not going be easy [to infiltrate], therefore all of you must work side by side in order to strike country after country and region after region. You must cause wars and internal conflicts. I have left a sum of money to each of you, making each of you of the richest men in the world.

Son: But the money alone is not enough to fulfill the mission.

Rothschild: True, true. You must use cunning... Anslem?

Anslem: Yes

Rothschild: Your role is Germany. I want you to not let it get out of one war without getting

into another.

Anslem: OK.

Rothschild: And you, Solomon, stay in Austria... Nathan. I have left you the most

comfortable country - Britain... Karl, I want you to have all your genius available to annoy the Pope in Rome and destroy it over his head. James, You must be France's king more than any other king.

James: You can be sure that I will be.

Rothschild: Now I want you all to swear on the Torah to carry out God's will in ruling the

world.

5. Adolf Eichmann discusses with a Jewish Agency official the similarities between Nazis and Jews

Kastner: Mr. Eichmann, believe me that if we, the Zionist, were not Jewish, we would have

been Nazis... It is deep and true, and can be the basis for cooperation... You, the Nazis, consider the Aryan race to belong to the perfect people, and the German people as the most perfect one. We also consider ourselves a perfect people, and Zionists, the most perfect ones.

Eichmannn: But we consider, as has been proven by science, that the Jewish people are

the most inferior people.

Kastner: This is not a problem. What matters is that we are alike in principle...

6. "Secret Jewish Government" toasts the murder of Jews in the Second World War. Deaths will now be used for profit

Chairmen: First, let us raise a toast to the millions of dead pagans in the war declared by

Hitler against the world.

Member: Before we raise a toast to the death of pagans in general, and Christians in

particular, we should mention our German Jewish brothers, who are in great and unbelievable disaster.

Chairman: This subject has become boring ... Isn't this war worth some victims? ... We

will take advantage of Hitler's oppression against them and the world's loathing [of Hitler] for tens or hundreds of years... As the number of the dead Jews rises in this war, the world will be convinced that "Protocols of the Elder's of Zion" is only a lie... Let us raise a toast to the Great War.

7. Jewish "Talmudic" court's brutal execution of a Jew, by pouring boiling lead down his throat

Rabbi, to different people: You will close his nose, you will open his mouth with forceps,

you will pour lead in his mouth. You will cut off his ears, you will stab him with a knife before he dies of the lead. Did you understand me? This is the holy Talmud court. Who ever fails in his mission, will be sentenced by me like this criminal.
